Nicole Williams, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, NEA-BC, has over 30 years of nursing experience with examination development expertise. As Director of Content and Test Development in the Examinations Department at NCSBN, she manages, directs, and ensures the content and test development services related to the NCLEX and all NCSBN examinations comply with industry standards. With 16 years of examination development experience, her interest in entry-level nursing clinical judgment includes leading the development of the triennial NCLEX Practice Analysis studies and subsequent NCLEX Test Plans. Her work in entry-level nursing and clinical judgment includes numerous presentations and publications, specifically a study highlighting the effects of preventable harm simulation on the clinical judgment behaviors of entry-level nurses.
